Data We Store

• Account data: username, store name, store WhatsApp number, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash — we cannot see your password).
• Your store's order data: items, customer contacts, prices, notes, statuses, and proof links that you enter yourself. Each store's data lives in a separate database, invisible to other stores.
• Subscription payment data: transaction references, plan, amount, and status from the payment gateway. We never receive or store card numbers, bank accounts, or PINs.

How Data Is Used

• To run the app's features (order tracking, invoices, revenue reports).
• To process subscription payments via Tripay and calculate affiliate commissions.
• To contact you about the service (e.g. payout confirmations) via WhatsApp.

We never sell or share your data or your customers' data with third parties for advertising.

Cookie

We only use essential cookies: login session, a device marker for the order-claim feature, the affiliate referral code (30 days), and your language preference. No advertising trackers.

Third-Party Services

• Tripay — processes QRIS payments; receives your store name and amount to create the bill.
• imgbb — hosts the proof photos uploaded from the app.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all its store data anytime via the Contact page. Deletion is permanent.
