Yes, unlimited. Each admin gets their own name & password, and the claim system guarantees two admins never process the same order.
Can I move my old order records here?
Yes. Use CSV import — export your old records (from Excel/Sheets), match the template columns, and thousands of old orders come in at once, revenue history included.
If I stop using it, what happens to my data?
There is no expiry date, so your account is never locked. If you want to stop, you can download all your store data yourself as a single ZIP, and if you want it deleted permanently just ask support.
