Three things that most often leak with manual records
- An order processed twice. Two admins open the same chat in the same minute. The account gets sent twice, the cost goes out twice, and it is usually only noticed at stock-taking.
- A missed order. The chat gets buried, then the customer follows up a day later. What you lose is not just one transaction — the trust goes with it.

- You sell physical goods needing shipping & tracking. This app is built for digital products; there is no courier tracking, shipping cost, or shipping label.
- You need full accounting. This gives revenue, cost, and gross profit — not journals, balance sheets, or tax reports.
- Your orders do not come through WhatsApp. If everything already comes from a marketplace, the flow here will not fit.

What is the difference between tracking orders in Excel and using an app?
Excel stores numbers well, but it does not know who is working on which order. The moment you have two admins, two people can process the same order without knowing. BukuOrder uses a claim system: one order can only be held by one admin, and their name is recorded.
Can I move my old Excel records over?

If I sell alone, do I still need this?
Not necessarily. If you still get a few orders a day and you are the only one handling them, manual records are still fine. What usually pushes people to switch is having more than one admin, or customers starting to ask about old orders that are hard to find in the notes.
Does the app send messages to customers automatically?
It can, but through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API and only if you set it up yourself. Free-form replies inside the 24-hour window cost nothing; template messages outside that window are billed by Meta directly to your account, not through us.
